TheLocalOrganizingCommittee(LOC)ofKorea-Japan-ChinaJointConference,KoreanMeteorologicalSocietyextendsawarmwelcometoallparticipantsinJointConferenceonMeteorology,whichwillbeheldinBEXCO,Busan,Koreafrom24to26October2011.

ThisconferencewillbringanopportunitytostrengthenthemutualcooperationandfriendshipinthefieldoftheAtmosphericScienceonthebasisofequalbenefits,organizationofregionalactivities,andactivedisseminationoftheactivitiesofthemeteorologicalsocietiesofKorea,Japan,andChinatotheworldcommunity.Therefore,wearehonoredtohostsuchasignificantconferenceinthebeautifulseasidemetropolitancityofBusan,Korea.

Wewouldliketoexpressourdeepgratitudetoeveryonewhokeeptheimportantdatesanddeadlinesforconferenceinadvance.Thiswebsiteoffersinformationonthesessionvenue,accommodation,transportation,sightseeing,andlocalweatherfortheconvenienceofconferenceparticipants.

Participantswishingtopresenttheiroralorposterpresentationarerequestedtosubmitatitleandashortabstract.

Thedeadlineoftheabstractsubmissionis26July2011.Theabstractshouldcontainthetitleofpaper,author(s),affiliation(s),postaladdress,E-mailaddressofthecorrespondingauthor,maintext,andkeywords(within5words).Thepapermustnotexceed1pageinstandardA4size,andmaximumfilesizeis2MB.Figuresandtablescanbeincluded.

TheabstractmustbeinMS-WordorPDFformat,andsubmittedafterregistration.Theabstractfileshouldbenamedasthenameofthecorrespondingauthorandthefirstpreferred-sessionnumber(e.g.,Author_S01.doc).Detailedinstructionsareavailableinsampleabstracts,whichareavailablebelow.

Theabstractsubmissionshouldbemadeonlybythecorrespondingauthor.Atmosttwopresentationsareallowedperperson.Thepresentationsmaybelimitedtoonedependingonthetotalnumberofthesubmission.
